It is not a regulatory compliance system and does not replace the professional judgement, certifications, or legal responsibilities of aircraft technical representatives or any aviation authority. By accessing or using AircraftInspecti ("the Platform", "the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the platform. These terms apply to all users including free, Pro, Expert and Corporate plan subscribers.
AircraftInspecti provides a mobile and web application for aircraft technical representatives to manage inspection projects, photo documentation, findings, checklists, expenses, invoices and client reporting. The platform is provided as a software-as-a-service (SaaS) product accessible via web browser and mobile applications.
To use the platform, you must create an account with a valid email address. You are responsible for:

You agree to use AircraftInspecti only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not:
AircraftInspecti offers the following plans:
Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance. Annual billing is available at a discounted rate. All prices are in Euros and exclude applicable taxes. Payments are processed securely by Stripe.
Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. You may cancel at any time from your account settings. No refunds are issued for partial billing periods unless required by applicable law.
The first 50 users who join the waitlist and follow AircraftInspecti on LinkedIn will receive unlimited active projects on the Free plan for life ("Founding Member benefit"). This offer is subject to the following conditions:
You retain full ownership of all content you upload or create on the platform, including inspection photos, findings, reports and documents ("Your Content"). By using the platform, you grant AircraftInspecti a limited, non-exclusive licence to store, process and display Your Content solely to provide the service to you.
You are solely responsible for the accuracy, legality and appropriateness of Your Content. AircraftInspecti does not review, verify or endorse any inspection findings, reports or technical assessments created using the platform.

Users are solely responsible for ensuring their use of the platform complies with all applicable aviation regulations and professional standards.
All rights, title and interest in the AircraftInspecti platform — including its software, design, brand, trademarks, and content created by us — are owned exclusively by AircraftInspecti. Nothing in these Terms transfers any intellectual property rights to you beyond the limited licence to use the platform as described herein.
The platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, AircraftInspecti disclaims all warranties including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, AircraftInspecti shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform. This includes but is not limited to loss of data, loss of revenue, or any aviation-related loss or damage arising from reliance on platform-generated reports or documentation.
Our total aggregate liability to you for any claims arising from these Terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount paid by you to AircraftInspecti in the twelve months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless AircraftInspecti and its officers, employees and contractors from any claims, damages, losses or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the platform, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party rights.
You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us at techrep@aircraftinspecti.com. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account without notice if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct that we determine, in our sole discretion, to be harmful to other users, the platform or our business.
Upon termination, your right to use the platform ceases immediately. Your content will be deleted within 30 days of account closure.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the European Union and applicable member state law. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify registered users of material changes by email at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of the platform after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
